dr eggbot is a third-party Grok Bot that designs other Grok Bots. It asks a few preference questions, then creates a Bot with one job, one voice, and explicit work it should not do. This page explains the role. Use the button to open the official x.ai page and add it in Grok Bot.

What dr eggbot does

On the public x.ai preview, it uses a CreateAgent flow. Coding Bots are steered toward one job you can check. Other Bots get the same limit: one job, one voice, named anti-jobs, and no leftover tools. The tone is casual, a little mad-scientist, and short. Once the job is clear, it tends to act rather than publish a shareable template by default.

When to use it

Use it when you know you want a Bot but have not written a tight role yet. It does not replace your own judgment, and it does not bring the author’s logins or files.

What to check before you add it

x.ai labels dr eggbot as a third-party Bot, not an xAI product. After you add it, it may act on your behalf. Read the skills, connected tools, and routines on the official page first. You receive a copy of the configuration, not the author’s accounts, files, or chat history.

How to try it after adding

Start with one small task. Choose connectors yourself. Keep actions that change other systems behind approval until you trust the result.
